In order to work with Ourisman Ford of Manassas Commercial Trucks in building your food truck, one must first be working with a mobile kitchen designer/builder. A certified food truck builder directory can be found on the website foodtruckempire.com to help you select a builder with whom you are comfortable.
Once you have selected your kitchen designer, they will work with you to determine what size truck you will require based on the type of food, kitchen and cooking processes you are planning to do.
After everything is finalized, you are ready to start browsing our inventory of new Ford trucks, specifically designed for a food truck build.
There are three options for purchasing and building our your truck with us:
- Option 1: Send a check or wire transfer to us for your new truck, and Ourisman Ford of Manassas will ship it directly to your builder of choice.
- Option 2: Financing your new truck through us, typically with little or no money down, through a variety of financial institutions. Once approved we will then ship your new truck to you kitchen builder.
- Option 3: The third and most popular option is to finance your new truck AND your kitchen build as one project. If this is your desire you will be financing through Ford Motor Credit Company and will need to budget a minimum down payment of 20% of your total project cost. Again, once an approval is generated, your documents will be sent to you via FedEx and when returned with your down payment, Ourisman Ford of Manassas will then ship your truck to your builder.
Ourisman Ford of Manassas Commercial Trucks now keeps Utilimaster and Morgan Olson Step Vans in stock designed for food truck customers. We stock Ford gas engine step vans centrally located in Indiana and Michigan from 10' to 24'. Trucks will have sedan driver and passenger doors, air conditioning, back up cameras, AM/FM radios, bulkhead with sliding door and passenger jump seat. Utilimaster trucks have rear barn doors, Morgan Olson trucks have a solid rear.
